Why not come to The Water Tower instead for our new Cocktail Hour?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 3-6 p.m. every day, we\u2019ll be featuring cocktails along with tapas and other drink specials so you can spice up your afternoon with good friends and gorgeous high rise views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daily Drink Specials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Key to our new Cocktail Hour is our highball and cocktail specials. A mere $6 opens a whole menu full of possibilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your options start with a variety of high-quality highballs, including Ketel One Vodka &amp; Soda, Crown &amp; Coke, or the beautiful Empress Gin &amp; Tonic. But, they don\u2019t end there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, if you prefer a ros\u00e9-ier drink, we\u2019re including our house white, red and ros\u00e9 in on the deal. That\u2019s just $6 for a glass to sip with your favourite friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jewel of our cocktail hour is our daily special. For the same great price, you get a new craft cocktail option every single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday <\/strong>we feature our multifaceted Mojito in three flavours \u2013 traditional lime, surprising peach, and local Haskap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tuesday<\/strong> we keep it fresh with our Margarita \u2013 frozen or on the rocks. Much like our Mojito, we give you options with flavours as well, including lime, peach, and mango.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wednesday <\/strong>we go old school with Old Fashioneds the way great-great-grandpa drank them: whiskey, simple syrup, bitters, and ice, baby, ice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thursday<\/strong> we go Mad Men-style with vodka Martinis \u2013 but with a Water Tower flavour twist! Options include peach, mango and guava.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Friday <\/strong>we embody \u2018Mother-Russia\u2019 with spicy Moscow Mules with our own twist \u2013 vodka, lime, housemade ginger syrup and Sommersby for the bubbles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saturday <\/strong>we return to the classics with your choice of whiskey, brandy or tequila sours. It\u2019s the weekend, so why not try all three?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sunday <\/strong>we relax and lean into both red and white sangria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Having a hard time picking your day?
